Faculty reviewers are often assigned to provide feedback or assessment at specific steps of an evaluation workflow. When your step is active and it’s your turn to review, you’ll see a clear call to action on your dashboard.
Accessing your Assigned Reviews From Your Dashboard
When it’s time to complete a review:
You’ll see a call to action at the top of your dashboard.
If you're reviewing multiple faculty (e.g. for your entire department), you’ll see a table listing all evaluations currently ready for your review.
Click “Review” next to any faculty member to begin.
Complete and Submit Your Review
Each review form follows Scholarly’s standard layout:
Left Panel: View Submitted Materials
This panel displays materials submitted in earlier steps — such as CV entries, narratives, and previous reviews or notes. If the workflow has multiple steps, you can toggle between them using the tabs at the top of the panel.
Right Panel: Complete Your Review
This panel is where you’ll complete your assigned review. It may include:
Rating fields
Comment boxes
Required selections or confirmations
Your responses are automatically saved as you go — there's no need to manually save your work. When you're ready to finalize your review, click Complete to submit.
Want to View All Reviews (Past, Future, or In Progress)?
The Faculty Evaluations section allows you to view all reviews you've been assigned to — regardless of whether it's currently your turn. You’ll be able to see upcoming reviews even if the current step hasn’t reached you yet, and you can return to completed reviews if you need to reference what you submitted.
Go to the Faculty Evaluations tab
Click My Assigned Reviews
From here, you can view status, due dates, and access review forms as they become available.
