If your institution uses Scholarly to manage leave applications, your official outcome letter will be shared with you directly through the platform once your application has been reviewed.
Where to Find Your Outcome Letter
Log into Scholarly.
In the left-hand menu, select “Leave Applications.”
Locate the leave application you submitted and select “See Application”
If your application has been reviewed and a decision has been finalized, you’ll see a link labeled “View Outcome Letter.”
Clicking this link will open your letter in a new tab or window, depending on your browser settings.
What If I Don’t See a Letter?
If your application has not yet been reviewed or approved, the “View Outcome Letter” link will not appear. Check back later or reach out to your institution’s Scholarly administrator if you have questions about the review timeline.
Can I Download My Outcome Letter?
Yes. Once your letter is available:
Click “View Outcome Letter”
Use your browser's Print or Save as PDF function to create a local copy
